Edunion UK specialize in teaching English as a second language to learners around the world. We are a UK-based company but our primary student target market is Hong Kong. The vast majority of our students are children aged between 5 and 16 years old. We are a premier online education platform based in the UK. We specialize in teaching English as a second language to students between the ages of 5 and 16 and our main target market is Hong Kong.

We are looking for professional, and enthusiastic teachers to deliver online classes with immediate starts.

Lessons are usually 50 minute 1-1 classes with young learners. All resources are provided, so no lesson planning is needed, however we do require teachers spend around 10 minutes after each class filling out a feedback and homework form for students. This is to ensure that we are providing a professional service to students, and we know this approach helps to both attract and retain long-term students.

We are looking for a firm, long-term commitment and teachers must be available at weekends. Whilst It is a requirement to take on a minimum of 5 hours teachers have the flexibility to build their own schedules. Peak time for classes are between 7am and 3pm BST Monday-Saturday, however we also have opportunities available on Sundays too.

Teaching Fees:

£15 per 50 minute class

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree ideally in a field related to education.
Criminal Background Check from within the last 2 years
At least 2 years of ESL teaching experience (preferably online)
Fun and energetic personality
Must have a growth mindset approach to teaching
Must be able to take onboard feedback
Must have strong computing skills
At least a 2015 Mac or computer with an i5 processer 9th generation or above.
16GB RAM
Fast and reliable internet connection - at least 20 MBS Download speed and 10 MBS Upload speed
